Return and refund policy. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

1. Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged.
2. Product does not match key features in the online description.
3. Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
4. Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken.
In the above cases, you will never be asked to pay any hidden penalty fees, surcharges, or return shipping fees.

RETURN PROCESS

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Checking warranty 

Checking warranty means only to see if your received goods in your hand are working properly. REFUNDS
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item.
  • We will process your refund.
  • Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
  • Delivery charge will not be refunded.
